Health Canada has granted a Medical Device License for our Pneumatic Product

December 1, 2006 - Our Pneumatic Medical Product can now be sold in Canada under a medical manufacturing license granted by Health Canada under our existing ISO 13485:2003 Quality Management System. This is a key milestone as companies with "Home Country Approval" of a medical product may in turn ship that product to a number of countries who do not have their own international regulatory approvals processes.

Intectus Completes Production of Pneumatic Medical Product for Singapore

November 15, 2006 - Our largest single production order for a Pneumatic Medical Product was completed and shipped on-schedule to a customer based in Singapore. This patent pending product was developed by Intectus in partnership with our international customer.

Vibration Monitoring Product Completed

November 7, 2006 - The first manufacturing quantities of a Vibration Monitoring Product were completed and delivered to our customer.

Intectus Delivers first fully-functional DNA Analyzer Prototype

October 15, 2006 - Intectus delivered a fully functional DNA Analyzer to our customer. This unique product is being used as a proof of concept for real DNA Analysis and for fund-raising efforts. Additional prototypes will be produced to further support research and product qualification.

Panacis / Intectus Receives ISO 13485-2003 Registration

October 6, 2006 - BSi Management Systems has certified the Panacis Quality Management System to ISO-13485-2003 standards. This registration is required for medical manufacturers internationally and is similar to ISO-9001 but with additional requirement related to, among other things, customer feedback and product monitoring. This registration can also be used to support Intectus' GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) system as a requirement for United States FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requirements.

Intectus Completes Energy Monitor Product

Sept 14, 2006 - Intectus delivered the final design, production test system and fully functional prototypes for an energy monitoring product to an off-shore manufacturer. First production yield was reported at over 98%, second production yield was 100%.

Panacis Medical Incorporated is Launched

July 31, 2006 - Intectus has launched Panacis Medical as a wholly owned subsidiary. Panacis, named after a mythical plant that heals all diseases, will focus on comercializing a device for preventing the aspiration of food in stroke patients and children afflicted with Cerebral Palsy. Aspiration currently kills over 50,000 people in the United States every year.

Intectus is now FDA Registered.

July 10, 2006 - Intectus has received notice from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that we are now a registered medical manufacturer. This will dramatically shorten the process of applying for and receiving clearance for new medical devices designed and manufactured by Intectus.

Intectus Signs Manufacturing Agreement

May 14, 2006 - Intectus has signed an agreement with an undisclosed European customer which grants Intectus a three year exclusive design, manufacturing and supply agreement for a medical product. Intectus will also receive cash compensation for assigning their rights in selected intellectual property to the European customer.

Intectus Is Moving

April 23, 2006 - Intectus will be moving from 19 Grenfell Ct. to 15 Grenfell Ct. on May 26, 2006. This move will allow us to nearly triple our office space adding much larger lab facilities, a second conference room, and a secure inventory area.

Intectus Announces Record Financial Results

February 1, 2006 - Intectus has completed our un-audited assessment of Fiscal Year 2005 results (October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2005) which represents our fourth-year of operation. We are pleased to announced that gross income more than doubled this year compared to the previous fiscal year.

The largest gains were seen in product sales capturing more than 25% of total income compared to just 2% of income a year ago. The goal of creating Intectus owned or partnership products which will provide ongoing revenue has become a reality and we are well on the way to our goal of 50% revenue from product sales and royalties by our 5th year of operation.

Consulting services accounted for 75% of total income.

The outlook for Fiscal Year 2006 is exceptional with revenue in the first half of 2006 already exceeding the entire 2005 year. We expect product sales to account for between 35% and 50% of total income. Gross income for the year is expected to be at least double that of 2005.

Intectus Completes First Production Run of Project Five

January 20, 2006 - The first production run of Project Five has completed and all units have been shipped to our customer.
