Intectus to deliver Hardware and Software Design Services
December 1, 2004 -
Ameritrol Inc. of Vista California has hired Intectus to assist in the
development of a new line of prouducts. Details of the product line are not
being disclosed at this time.
Intectus ships
first CP Research units to Belgium
November 10, 2004 -
Intectus today delivered five prototype products to our customer in Belgium to
investigate the effects of a mechanically applied massage to patients with
Cerebral Palsy.
Texas
Instruments awards Intectus additional contract
November 9, 2004 -
Intectus will continue to provide product development services to Texas
Instruments into the new year. This is a continuation into the second phase of
the project announced on August 3rd 2004.

Receives Filing Notice for Ground Water Monitor
October 4, 2004 -
Intectus has received filing notice for "Accoustical apparatus and method for
measuring water level in a ground water well". This patent and subsequent
patents will form the basis for a new company which Intectus plans to spin off
in the spring.

Intectus
Receives First Order for Massage Unit
September 16, 2004 - On
July 27, 2004 Intectus announced the completion of a one-of-a-kind prototype device for improving
the health of children with Cerebral Palsy by strengthening and challenging the
smooth muscles of the body using accurately controlled amount of pressure
applied to the body. This form of therapy is normally applied by hand over the
course of thousands of hours.
Intectus has now received orders for several more prototype
units which will be tested by the customer over the next 6 months. If the units
operate properly in this application the customer has expressed interest in
ordering several hundred additional units per year.
Fluorosense
provides second contract to Intectus
August 25, 2004 --
Fluorosense of Ottawa, Ontario has contracted Intectus to provide software
upgrade and feature enhancement assistance for their existing line of products.
Fluorosense previously contracted Intectus to provide hardware design assistance
in improving the low noise and high stability analog design features of the
product.

Instruments contracts Intectus
August 20, 2004 --
Sciemetric Instruments of Ottawa Ontario has contracted Intectus to provide the
full design of their new line of industrial products. The design contract
includes mechanical, FPGA firmware and electronic hardware design.

Instruments Contracts Intectus
August 3, 2004 -- Texas
Instruments of Dallas, Texas, has contracted Intectus to provide the embedded
software design for the first in a new micro-coded line of electronic
components. We are very excited to be working with Texas Instruments on this
product which is, we hope, the first in a series of products that will be
helping to develop.

Receives Projector Patent

Intectus has received patent-grant notification for U.S. Patent 6,764,184
Telescopically collapsing image projector. This invention is seen as the
next step in computer projector technology that will see projectors roughly the
size of a can of pop which unfold for use. This will afford business travelers
the opportunity to take their presentations on the road more easily and may
eventually give laptop computers the ability to directly-project presentations
over short distances against any available flat surface.
