Manufacturing and New Product Introduction - Getting your new
product manufactured is about more than just selecting a contract

(NPI) is best done in a low-volume manufacturing environment where bugs
can be worked out, appropriate test systems can be built, and product
optimization can occur. The result is a product that is considerably more
efficient to manufacture. This allows a high volume contract manufacturer
to be approached later, but with a firm price already in your mind.

Consulting Services - We offer complete design consulting
services from concept to final production. We will produce alpha-production
units in-house to help corporations seed their target market, and we will
provide a smooth transition into high-volume manufacturing. A number of
Intectus designed products have been successfully transitioned to
millions-of-piece production quantities.
